Gorgeous surroundings with plenty to do and the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Blinds were very dusty, some stains on sheets and bed covers. Electric supply issue one morning. Called the emergency number 7. Had to ring again half an hour later to get through to someone not great if a real emergency? Light bulbs not working. Marks and splashes all over one bedroom walls. Welcome pack was the bare minimum. Still no local information provided which seems silly as a plastic pocket could be easily wiped down, and in a lodge people touch everything else!

Not as good as our previous visits. We will still return as had many happy holidays here. Good quality Iron and ironing board provided. Clothes horse collapses when in use due to poor quality. Hairdryer provided. We stayed in a two bed last year, which meant we had more living space during the day. The three bed eats into that space, but not a problem as we spent everyday out. Lovely large fenced decking - sadly overlooked by people using the garden area and waiting for fish and chips, where as the 2 bed had tall hedges to provide privacy.
